Limited and spacious, each site is individually unique from the next. Full Hook-up RV Site amenities include 50/30/20amp Power, Pure Umpqua Water, Easy-to-Connect Septic, WiFi & optional Telephone & DirecTV Satellite. Most sites can accommodate large RV's with additional space for guest tent camping, extra vehicles, & tag-a-long toys!

We offer reduced Weekly Rate(s) for all inclusive Full Hook-up RV Sites.  First night deposit for advanced reservations needed.

Annual and seasonal residents are welcome – so go ahead, stay awhile!

Seasonal Guest: $385.00
Winter Resident: $330.00

All monthly residents are required to have a valid driver’s license, credit card, comprehensive insurance coverage, and an Oregon RV Site Lease Agreement on file. RV’s should be fully functional, operable and/or towable, free of rust, debris, mildew, and obvious signs of neglect. We encourage sites to be free of clutter and tidy for routine park landscaping and maintenance needs. Electricity is metered at .12¢ a kilowatt hour monthly and due prior to extending stays. Monthly Sites are limited to those with metered electric pedestals and general availability – a first week’s deposit will confirm advance reservations.
